here's some friendly advice Mr. Frost

having mods and admins who don't suck at thier jobs is the most important thing to a forum

don't just give the jobs away to the first people who sign up

(a forum that's just starting out doesn't need many staffers, just you will suffice for a short while, you can hire people who prove themselves when you feel you need more staffers)
