that's the affiliate scroll, it provides links to magical places
one of them is a place called Final Fantasy Universe, Gingy is an admin there.
Its a place devoted to Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts, so if your a fan of those series...your welcome
its really just one more place to hang out, and it could even mean more members which would be effin schweet

Err...Well, you could put a link to your forum in your sig at other sites, you could just invite people to check it out and have them invite more if they like it...It's not so easy getting members 
Oh, and try to make a special "atmosphere" on your forum, make it have an original feel to it, try thinking up ideas.

If I knew more about glowing, it would have come up better though. All I had set was just a 1 to 3 pixel stroke.
