In the year 2004, unknown monsters appeared from the sky. The odd beasts attacked the world. The unknown race attracted the attention of the now old threat, the Xillians. The Commander was furious that someone else was trying to take "his" target. He sent Godzilla's famous rivals, Gigan, King Ghidorah, and Monster X.

Meanwhile, the attack drew the attention of the Ultraman King. He quickly sent Ultraman to Earth to help. The battle was about to begin....
