Why don't we have a chatroom in here like the one on my site? Below is the code for one, all you guys have to do is put it into the forum somehow...

If the code is not yet put into the site, you can still visit this chatroom by going to *Chat link removed*, but the custom chatroom colors will not be seen.
Should we have one of these for the site?

I really don't see any problem in a forum chat room. Though, I'd probably add a redirecting link, rather than a chat box that can be seen everywhere on the forum.
