This is hands down the best manga or form of basic Japanese entertainment or literature of all time, and without a doubt is the greatest and most positive achievement Japan has ever made in their entire history.

No, no, I was joking. One Piece is definately better than Bleach and Naruto hands down. If Naruto's sales were doubled it would almost be as much money as One Piece has made. If Bleach's sales were quadrupled, it still wouldn't even hold a candle. Now if One Piece doubled it's sales, it would be higher in sales than Dragonball Z. That gives you an idea of how huge One Piece is. And besides, One Piece is 10 times better than Bleach and Naruto could possibly ever hope to be. [/rant]

It has the best voice actors, the best plot twist, the best fights, the best style, and best fans, and by far the the best fillers I've seen ever.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure doesn't even have an anime, so no contest there.

And OP Anime sucks. There's one good arc and that's Water 7 in Anime but GOD DAMN IS THAT A GOOD ARC. Even better than manga. But yeah, the fugly art of Toei matching the perfect timing of Oda? Not in a million years. Plus, animation in the anime sucked balls for the first like, 110 episodes, and then was good up until 310 about, and now currently blows.

One piece is pretty good. It beats every current manga/anime in sales, and it's ratings are high. If only it was the same in America...

Seriously, i think i'll go crazy if i don't find out what happened to the Straw-hats and Kuma.

My gosh, they still havent finished thriller bark after Luffy beat Moria, they just had to have another fight.

It's about time I start collecting the manga, I'm already hooked on the anime.

Currently watching an ep here n' there. I'm just hoping Luffy doesn't get all deep and emotional n' salami.

I mean really, 9 out of 10 thats what spoils it for me. I've never seen a shonen pull it off.

Meh, nothing wrong with a few emotional scenes now and again.

On a related note: I like Luffy's character. He's usually hyper and doesn't think things through most of the time, adds some unpredictability to the show. He has audacity and almost no fear because he never thinks things through. I always lol when the others call him a dumbass when he does something drastic, or overdoes things in many cases.

Mere months after I became a One Piece fan, it seemed like a huge OP craze hit everybody.

I think Luffy's the best though, mostly for the reasons MW stated. He's just so oblivious. It's cool though when he gets real riled up about something.

My favorite character would have to be Sanji by a long shot, a badass chef with a weakness for women.

Though, Luffy's my second favorite character of the Straw Hats.
