Well, I started off a topic ''You are not going to believe this''. Some of you may have seen it, some of you may not.

Well, the Zelda games went back and forth when it comes to timeline, most of it medieval. ''The Legend of Zelda; The Wind Waker'' and its sequel, ''[I]The Legend of Zelda; Phantom Hourglass'', the latest from the classic series, were the only two who weren't.

Then, I found this topic on Zelda Wiki (you might've seen it), an upcoming Zelda game (for the Wii) which takes place in the future. After TUM told me it was fake, it seems that the game was more of an April Fools joke.

But what if it DID happen? Would you go with the idea or not?

A futuristic Zelda? Uh, i don't think it's a good idea to do such game.

It's a given fact that yes, the Zelda timeline has gone back and forth numerous times during its continuing existence. But i just can't imagine a Zelda with futuristic stuff in there, not to mention that it would ruin the Zelda series if that ever happened.

And besides, i don't think even Shigeru Miyamoto himself would approve of this idea at all.

The series are good as they are, but a one-time twist game would be a must love or must hate game, People would like it, or hate it, noone knows, and I don't think Nintendo would risk a series such as Zelda...

Futuristic LoZ? Meh, it wouldn't work. For example, Hudson tried to make Bomberman futuristic, and how did it turn out to be? It turned out to be an epic failure.

Most of you are probably thinking futuristic as in Star Trek, or Halo, but I think it could work if it were futuristic in terms of Final Fantasy. Such as VII or XII.

every Zelda has somthing completely new to it

so its only a matter of time...
