Surely they will be in a good one, seeing how they are the League Leaders and the Champions-in-Title.

Team Dorkemon outlook for year 10
Team Dorekmon come into this year as the defending champs. They had an incredible year last season with an unbreakable defense. Also winning it all in the 7th season and being a playoff team for years there is talk that this team might be a dynasty, however, most experts agree that to be put in the same category as the Crusader's past dynasty they need one thing which they sorely lack: back to back wins. They say a team isn't a true dynasty if they can't defend the crown. This team obviously has alot of upside with proven veterans but experts are quick to point out faults, not all are very confident that this team will be able to repeat. They were dealt a major blow when the manager who guided them through there dominance and considered to be the best in the league, Godot, sugned with the last place team in one of the offseason's most surprising moves, thier new manager, slowpoke, is one of the biggest question marks facing the team. Not to mention the fact that so far in the offseason, the team has not changed from last season, some say they need to make moves. The Saracens have a bitter rivalry with this team, thier games are always close and in the 8th season they beat Team Dorkemon in the first round as the #4 seed, the first team to do so and costing Team Dorkemon thier repeat. Also, one of this teams 3 losses was a Saracen road game
The Owner
The Owner of this team is outspoken and unpredicatable. he cares deeply about winning and has very high standards. He wants his team to be a dynasty and it has gotten to the point where anything less than a repeat will be a disappointment. His GM has gotten him to calm down in recent years but he will only stay out of your way as long as the team dominates. Lose too many games and he may call for drastic measures. He was notorious for firing one manager after the other before Godot took the healm and has also been known to order the trading of top prospects in order to get a skilled veteran. the plus side is that he has given you a HUGE budget to work with
advice:
just because you won last year and your team has some of the best players does not mean you should do nothing, try to improve on your team's weak points before the seaon starts. A key free agent signing is critical, you may also want to try and snag a good prospect because you aren't getting the best prospects in the draft unless the other teams make mistakes. It is absolutely IMPERITIVE that this team is one of the best so be diligent

10th Season outlook for The Rock Cannons
The Rock Cannons are a small market team that shocked everyone with thier dominant play last year. This team was on fire all season long but couldn't win. Despite this the attitude amongst both the fans and the experts is upbeat. The players are young, talented, and likeable and many feel that a win is just around the corner. This team is relatively new and haven't been competitive before last year. Now the standards have skyrocketed. The fans expect playoffs this year. expect the stadium to be packed on opening day (somthing that hasn't happened before) This team comes into the 10th season with the confidence that this is thier year.
The Owner
The Owner of The Rock Cannons just couldn't be happier. He is confident that the team you have will win it all and will likely stay out of your hair even if the team gets off to a slow start. If disaster strikes however, he may develop an abrupt change in personality. He is also loyal to the players and staff and is a bit nervous when it comes to huge moves. This owner may seem to be perfect but he comes with a downside, since the rock cannons are one in one of the smallest markets, he can't afford to give you a big budget just yet, in fact your budget is quite small
advice:
fans and owner alike are certain your team is fine the way it is and they like the players on it, any trade you make is liable to be second guessed: the price of happy, loyal fans. You have one of the tiniest budgets, fortuantely, you also have a good crop of yound talented players. Try to imporve the team in ways that won't disrupt your great chemistry. Also, word of advice, Don't sign anyone with a bad attitude, chemistry is one of this team's great strengths and the wrong player could kill it

season 10 outlook for The Saracens:
The Saracens have been in the playoffs for years but have yet to win. Multiple losses in the final have disappointed some fans, a few are even murmering that ace captain Yoshi just doesn't have what it takes to ever get a ring. The pressure is on this team because of the multiple "close but no cigar" year, this team happens to have the highest paid GM in the league, they are also in a big market and thus have a big budget. The GM attributed last seaon's shortcoming on his own inability to recognize that the team was stale, but not even he can expalin previous playoff meltdowns. This is a team in need of redmption and the only way to get it is to win it all. The GM, Toomy Fratello, already did somthing to give the fans confidence going into next year, he signed star Backman Nappa to the team, adding much needed D and toughness, but at the same time, The Saracen's long time manager announced his ritiremtn, and the man Tommy signed on to replace him is a huge question mark that many fans are skeptical of. Tommy insists that his new manager is very qualified, here's hoping he's right because with so many teams on the rise, the window of opprotunity may slam shut fast on this team
The Owner
The Saracen's owner is a maverick who cares more about his team winning games than about making money, this owner but this team on the map by inflating the budget with his own money and good bussiness sense, still people say he is more of a crazy fan than an owner. He believes in letting the GM do his job (at the rate he's paying him he better) but if the team lags he may order a drastic move (he has never done so in the past but people don't want to see what this guy will do if things get into panic mode. He will provide a large budget but he expects wins and lots of them
advice: Tommy and Tuck have already made some big moves for you but that doesn't mean you can be lax. Keep a careful eye on what the other teams are doing and make sure you don't fall behind

I'm getting impatient so I'm going to speed things up a bit
outlook for The Wasps:
The Wasps barely made the postseason last year and then got swept by the eventual champs. The Rock Cannon's sudden eruption deeply bothered this team, as it knocked it from having a trophy right around the corner to becoming a fringe playoff team. Hard nosed GM Nastasia had finally had enough of superstar bad boy Rawk Hawk's antics and released him, fans have mixed reactions over this, but some also feel that a team that has underperformed as much as this one has (considering the strength of thier lineup on paper) needs to make changes, perhaps the hawk killed team chemistry. With stronger opponents ahead of them and the teams behind them gaining strength, The Wasps need to work quickly if they hope to get a ring. There aren't many playoff spots available
What this team will do:
This team feels that it is in a desperate situation so it will likly appraoch several teams with BIG trade offers and will be aggressive in the free agency. It won't make a try for Rawk Hawk but it may be aggressive on other agents, realeasing thier most highly paid player freed up cash. They are likly to try and deal thier prospects in order to get a star calibur player to create buzz
-------------------------------------------------------
outlook for The Bannana Slammers
This team has experienced quite a roller coaster ride. They were great, then dreadful, then they won a ring, then they failed to make playoffs. Things are looking good for this team now though. Thier young captain and goalie are looking very promising according to the scouts. This team has all the markings of a team on the rise, but desperately want some consistency, they may get it with thier new roster of young players, or they could fall apart. Defense has been a problem for this team as of late but the GM insists that has changed. This team is on the rise but playoff competition is sure to be more intense than ever, not everyone is sure this team can handle it
The Owner
The owner couldn't be happier with his team but that could change quickly.
Missing the playoffs stung because that means the loss of at least one sell out croud. As much as he likes the team as is, he demands a playoff spot this year and isn't afraid to make changes if he does not get it. He also wants some stability for the franchise, that means a respectable crop of good prospects
advice:
watch carefully what the Wasps, Saracens, and Shooting Stars try to do because they want your playoff spot. When the scouting reports come out pay attention and try to fix weaknesses. Your owner wants to hold onto prospects but not if it means missing out on the playoffs again. Avoid quick fixes, this team wants some stability
---------------------------------------
outlook for The Shooting Stars
This is a brand new young team that has just come off thier most successful campaign. This team is very upbeat and they feel like they could make that final push to the playoffs. They have great chemistry but lack a true star, some say thier success was a fluke and a reguvinated Bolts or Imperials could crush them. Thier players are young however and until the scouting reports come out no one knows just how much they improved. This team is hoping to make a playoff run but if they are to do that then they may need some veteran experience
The Owner
The owner bought this team as an ivestment so naturally he is happy that it is finally starting to pay off. This team is now starting to attract a loyal fanbase. The owner would like a star that can push merchandise but most of all he wants the team to stay competitive in the playoff race so things can stay exciting and the fan base can grow. A playoff spot would be huge. Non contention could cause the loss of prospects because this owner is sick of losing money
advice: try to get some veteran experience either through trades or the free agency. This team needs to at least seem like it can make the playoffs even if it does not. A hopeless season from the start = death. Wuth the improvement of more than a few teams behind them moves must be made to stay on top.
---------------------------------------------
outlook for The Kick Crusaders
this team is the mighty dynasty of years past, always at least a third seed in the playoffs and the only team with back to back championships. However, the team has been recently finishing lower and lower and last year was thier absolute worst season ever. There is talk that the dynasty has fallen and that this team has no where to go but down. Snifit, thier captain throughout thier dominant years jumped ship and went to The Wasps some time ago and thier long time manager, peppy Hare, later followed suit. The team has alot of old players from thier glory days but these guys are starting to slow down. They have some young guys and the fans are eagerly waiting for the scouting reports to see if there will improvement, the ones that still care anyway. This team must find a way to move forward instead of backward if they ever hope to revive thier dynasty days
The Owner
The owner of this team is not happy. He is tired of stagnation and demand that changes be made. Lack of wins won't anger him as much as lack of movement. Trades, free agent signings, roster movements, somthing must be done even if it is just for the sake of doing somthing
advice: this team has two options, they can either stock up on veterans and try to take a postseason spot now or they can trade away all thier oldsters for prospects and rebuild completely. Whichever path you choose you need to make moves to give your fans and owner hope that the team will be great again. You will havehigher draft picks this year than ever before. Use them wisely
-------------------------------------------------------
outlook for The Imperials
This team was one of the original 8 but has been a non factor for most of the league's ten year history. neither finishing near the top nor at the bottom and also being the only original 8 team to never once make the playoffs, it is safe to say that this team has had a frusterating history. It is not completely hopeless however, the team's new young players seemed to have emerged and they showed alot of promise this year. In fact, some experts have declared that this might turn out to be the most dnagerour offensive squad. Defense is a real problem they say. Last year was a good experiment to see what great offense with little D could do, it didn't do much
What this team will do
this team is home to a huge crop of great offensive players and top prospects. They are desperately looking for help on the defensive end so you can get a VERY good offensive player if you approach them with the right deal. There aren't many players that this team is unwilling to trade

I'm bored so imma post the rest
outlook for The Infernos
The Infernos have who is widely regarded to be the overall best player but they have been in last place for years. One of the original 8 teams and the championship team of the very first season, its needless to say that this team did not enjoy being the one to pad people's records. Last season was actually an imporvement for this team. Going into this year there are both positives and negatives to this team. The Positive: the young players around Mario are finally starting to grow into great players, having good people around the best player in the league could spell championship very soon. Some diehards say as early as this year. The bad news: this is Mario's 10th season, age can creep up on him at any time, his contract is also coming close to running out, if this team does not start winning then they may be forced to trade him.
The Owner
the patience of this long frusterated owner finally seems to be paying off. The main concern for this owner is the day Mario's contract runs out. If the team can't convince him to resign then they may have to trade him next year. Having such a low capactity stadium, merchandising is critical, and there is not a bigger name than Mario in the enitre league
advice:
build a team that can be competitive and has the likelihood of making a run at the championship in future years. You need to convince Mario that this team can win so he will sign a new deal. Your owner and the fans demand it
-------------------
outlook for The Bolts
The Bolts have been on the lower end of the league for years. This is embarassing since they have one of the league's top 4 players and are a big market team that has just finished construction of a huge stadium. Thier GM has come under constant fire for failing to produce a winning team and not being able to build a good lineup around Luigi, who could demand to be traded at any time. Recently the team has dropped thier struggling goalie and signed veteran goalie O Chunks to a short term deal. Most experts look at this team and say that they could skyrocket up the standings and into the playoffs this year. The GM will be aggressive regardless of the vote of confidence from the talking heads, because his job is on the line. For him, failure is not an option
what this team will do
this team will be very aggressive and will likly approach you with several interesting trade offers. They have a large budget so expect them to be active in free agenecy and for them to offer to take some of those more expensive vets off your hands
--------------------------------------
outlook for The Power Group
Last year was this team's very first in the league. They didn't do well but they are a very young team and were able to avoid last place. Right now they are trying to build a fan base and train up thier young players. The Coffee Master's new acquisistion threatens them because it may move that team over The Power Group. However, thier captain has shown alot of promise. What will happen to this team once the season starts is entirely unknown, as is what direction they will choose to take
The Owner
the owner is concerned about the new moves made by the Bolts and Coffee Masters and he wants his team to try and match them. More than anything he wants to get a fanbase for his team built up and feels that can only happen by bringing in players that will create a buzz, he'd like to add a few vets to the team to get fans interested
advice:
your going to have to play a balancing act between keeping your best prospects and acquiring vets. You may want to make a try at Rawk Hawk whose acquisition will satisfy your owners desire for a star type player and a buzz worthy player, he is expensive however. In any event you need to add a good established player either through free agency or a trade, but don't ruin your future
-----------------------------------------
outlook for The Coffee Masters
the Coffee Masters were the other expansion team last year. It was thier first season and they finished last place. They are a young team however so it is fairly understandable. This team caused a stir when they managed to get Godot, a manager with 3 rings including one from last season, to come be thier manager. This is huge move for the team because he is regarded as one of the best, its not likely that they will lose 19 games with him out there, at least that's what the fans say. This is a team that is looking toward the future and are confident that they have nowhere to go but up after all there really is no where else to go when your at the bottom and its not like they can possibly do worse, right?
The Owner
the owner realizes that it takes time for a new team to become great. He very much wants to own a great team someday, his expectation for the team to someday become a power is evident in the areas he added to display championship banners and retired player numbers. He wants to build a great team for the future and that means prospects, he wants you to build a team of players with the most potental you can find
advice:
your objective is simple, find out who the top prospects are in the league, and go get them. This is easier said than done because most teams are reluctant to give away such players. Having the #1 draft pick in all three rounds will help greatly with that. This team is looking toward the future, the number one stat you should look for when the scouting reports come out is potential. Development is key, winning is secondary
there's all the outlooks, discuss all you want before the scouting reports come out (these reports will be a breakdown of the abilities of all the players on all the teams and should be the key for forming your pre season strategy.)
