Ok, no. Its not REALLY Cel-Shaded. Its just OoT with updated graphics in a WW-esque style. Its actually quite neat.

All Downloads and instructions here

I recommend using the provided emulator, 1964 for this, since I couldn't get it going in P64.

Now for those who can't/won't do this, screenies:

You'll quickly notice everything looks alot more cartoony.

Oops! The Equip screen doesn't look too healthy.

ACK! Eyes in this thing are not well done...

You sure? My computers pretty weak and cheap, it can hardly run anything, but I can still use the P64k emulator; which surprised me because I can't run Lego Star Wars.

My computer's actually pretty fast. It's just my crappy Comcast internet service that doesn't work right half the time.

But, I lack a graphics card that can support an N64 emulator. SNES roms run fine on mine though.
