is seperated into 2 sections. Star/Non Star: is your player open to fame and merchandising or does he shy away from it? Positive/Negative: does the player display good sportsmanship or is he selfish and a loud mouth?

Potential
an indicator on how much the player will improve. a rating of +++ through + determines how much potential he has, a rating of . means what you see is what you get and a rating of - means the player is declining

the report will be the same for goalies except they are rated on different skills
